Almost a month without posting. o.O

Well, I've been trying to get into a workout routine, and I'm having trouble finding a solid one strictly for fat burning.
Would any of my lovely followers have any good ideas? :D
Also, I'm also really becoming interesting in tattooing, how about you guys?


  1. Keep more active, I enjoyed the reading that was there

  2. I can get free tatoos from my roomate. Also, if you wanna build mass, lift alot of weight in short bursts. To get lean workout with light weight over a long period of time.

  3. Tuna really helps with the large amounts of protein needed to build muscle mass.

  4. I've been trying to do the same thing, exercise wise, if you find out anything that helps, let me know.
